• Can I use a CFL outside?

  Most CFLs can be used outside as long as they are within an enclosed fixture, but check the package just in case. Our CFLs can start in temperatures as low as -20°F.

• Can I use a dimmer switch?
  Many common CFLs are not compatible with dimmer switches, however they are available. Ask for one that is specifically for dimming, or check the packaging. 3-way CFLs are also available.
